摘要
目的寻找与金银花防治甲型流感FM1型病毒致小鼠流感模型的相关蛋白质。方法应用1D-PAGE凝胶电泳分离不同实验组的小鼠血清蛋白质,采用1D Advanced American Biotechnology(AAB)分析系统分析不同实验组差异表达蛋白质。结果得到了8个主要蛋白质点,5号、6号、8号蛋白质点在不同实验组差异较大。结论金银花对流感病毒致小鼠流感模型血清中部分功能蛋白的表达有密切相关性。
Objective To look for relevant proteins of Flos lonicerae preventing and curing first type influenza FM1 virus induced mouse influenza model. Methods Applicate 1D-PAGE to separate mouse serum proteins of different experiment groups.Adopt 1D Advanced American Biotechnology(AAB) to analyze the difference express proteins of different experiment groups. Results 8 main protein points were obtained,of which 5,6,8 protein points had big difference in the different experimental groups. Conclusion Flos lonicerae has close relation with part of the expression of functional proteins in serum of mouse influenza model.
