四氧嘧啶糖尿病小鼠模型的复制与应用体会 被引量:9

摘要 目的探讨糖尿病小鼠模型复制过程中出现的影响因素并对解决这些影响因素进行分析。方法用四氧嘧啶复制糖尿病模型,在复制过程中,就动物的种类、性别、给药的途径、剂量,血糖测值、测糖选时等进行观察比较。结果经模型复制发现,由于动物的种类、性别、给药的途径、剂量不同等因素,会给模型复制产生不同的影响。结论由于多种因素的影响,四氧嘧啶糖尿病模型复制时应引起注意。 Objective To explore and analyze the factors appeared in process of replicated diabetic mouse model. Methods Dia- betic model was replicated with alloxan. The animal species,sex,drug deliveried means,dosage,blood glucose values and the test time were observed and compared. Results The replicated model indicated that all the factors including the animal species, sex, drug diliveried approach , dosage, etc. could lead to different influences. Conclusion The process replicated diabetic model with alloxan should be attented because of many kinds of affecting factors.
