复方野菊花抗感软胶囊免疫调节及抗过敏作用的实验研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的研究复方野菊花抗感软胶囊的免疫调节作用和抗过敏作用。方法通过血清免疫球蛋白水平测定、巨噬细胞吞噬功能测定,以及抗组胺致Ⅰ型速发型过敏反应和2,4-二硝基氯苯(DNCB)致Ⅳ型迟发型超敏反应等实验观察复方野菊花抗感软胶囊对免疫调节功能的影响。结果复方野菊花抗感软胶囊可明显提高血清IgG、IgM型免疫球蛋白含量,促进巨噬细胞吞噬功能;可一定程度抑制免疫器官的萎缩,同时可明显抑制皮肤迟发性过敏反应,而对组胺引起的Ⅰ型速发型超敏反应没有抑制作用。结论复方野菊花抗感软胶囊可通过增强免疫功能和抗过敏发挥其扶正固表作用。 Objective To study immune regulation and anti-allergic effects of compoud Chrysanthemum indicum soft capsule(CISC). Methods Serum globulin level,phagocytic function of macrophage,immediate hypersensitivity induced by histamine and delayed type hypersensitivity(DTH) reaction induced by dinitrochlorobenzene were observed to measure the immunological function. Results Compoud Chrysanthemum indicum soft capsule could enhance serum hemolysin level and phagocytic function of macrophage significantly,inhibit the immune organs atrophy to some extent,and had obvious inhibitory action on the DTH reaction.But no inhibition on immediate hypersensitivity caused by injecting histamine was observed. Conclusion Compound Chrysanthemum indicum soft capsule has promising pharmaceutical properties on reinforcing immune function and anti-allergy.
