Hypothesis of "Piano Keys"——New Exploration on Mechanism for Acupuncture Therapy

文章以《内经》有关论述和针刺与现代免疫的关系为切入点,通过分析经络、穴位等现代研究,试图寻找针刺取象的精确原理。文章通过"取象比类"思维运用,建立"琴键"假说,通过假说含义、内容、应用前景展望等阐述,说明穴位、针具与人体共同作用后产生的治疗机理类似于弹奏钢琴发音过程。由此为中医针刺机理的现代研究提供新思路,该假说有望成为中医、西医研究针刺疗法的桥梁。

The article aims to search for the accurate mechanism of acupuncture effects,on the basis of dissertation in the ＂Huangdi＇s Canon of Medicine＂ and relations between acupuncture and modern immunity as breakthrough point.Hypothesis on acupuncture principle is set up by analogy thoughts in TCM,named as ＂piano keys＂ theory.By illustration on definition,contents and application prospect,therapeutic mechanism of acupunture has some similar characters with playing piano.The idea may afford new thoughts for modern research on acupuncture.The hypothesis is supposed to be a bridge for research on acupuncture both in TCM and modern medicine.
