摘要 随着城市化进程的加快,农村富余劳动力大量涌入城市,使留守儿童教育问题日益突出,引起社会各界广泛的关注。以福州罗源县"983"项目为个案,借助增权社会工作理论分析该项目在帮助留守儿童的策略选择,包括支教、探访、资金援助等方式。结果发现,这些策略比以往研究更具有实践性,在一定程度上具有增权思维但执行不彻底。研究结合增权的核心理念在原有方式上从个人、人际、社会三个层面提出建议,以促使留守儿童发展更加积极的自我,实现真实的增权。 With the acceleration of urbanization process, surplus rural labor has poured into the city, making the problem of education of rural children left in rural areas has manifested itself and it has aroused extensive concern in society. The study analyzing the strategies of helping rural children left behind in the program by means of empowerment perspective on the basis of the case of the "983" program in Luoyuan County, Fuzhou City, which including the methods of teacher support, visit, financial aid, etc. This study found thesis' research is more practical than previous studies and the program is thinking of empowerment to a certain extent but the implementation is not complete. The thesis offers a proposal in three stages of personal, interpersonal and social with the core concept of empowerment, in order to make children left behind more positive and realize the real empowerment.
