红色文化是马克思主义和中华优秀传统文化相结合而产生的一种新型文化,凝结着中国共产党人的思想意识、精神风貌和心理品格。在建设社会主义文化强国的过程中,在传扬红色文化之时,应以社会主义先进文化为基本视界,把文化自觉、文化自信、文化自强作为出发点、立足点和落脚点,把打造中国精神和重塑中国梦作为集中指向,构建起一个全景式的红色文化发展坐标系。

The red culture which is the combination of Marxism and Chinese excellent traditional culture is a new type of culture,condensing the Communist Party of China＇s ideology,spirit and psychological character. In the process of constructing socialist culture power, spreading red culture should take socialist advanced culture as the basic vision, take culture consciousness, cultural self-confidence, self-improvement as the starting point, footing and end point,take creating Chinese spirit and rebuilding Chinese dream as concentration focus,constructing the panoramic view of development coordination of red culture.
