The Coming of Individualized Society and the Construction of Social Inclusion Policies

当代中国社会正在逐步从"总体性社会"转向"个体化社会"。以往的社会政策关注的重点往往是大多数人的权益,但随着个体化社会的来临,传统的社会政策遭遇了许多挑战,必须增强社会政策的包容性,以关注更多的个体或少数群体。在社会政策包容化的过程中,我们应努力关注更多不同群体的权益,重视底层群体及弱势群体的赋权,与此同时,大力发展我国的社会工作事业。

Contemporary Chinese society is gradually shifting from a ＂totalitarian society＂ to an ＂individualized society＂. Before, the focus of social policies is often the interests of most people. But with the advent of the individualized society, our traditional social policies face many challenges. We must enhance the inclusion of our social policies and pay more attention to the individuals or the minority group. In the process of inclusive social policies, we should focus more on the interests of different groups, emphasis on empowering of the vulnerable groups and develop the social work in China.
