摘要
政府与学校变革关系是现阶段教育管理体制改革的重要议题。建国以来我国政府与学校变革关系历史嬗变共分为四个阶段。1949-1965年:政府与学校变革关系的萌发阶段;1966-1976年:政府与学校变革关系的混乱阶段;1978-2001年:政府与学校变革关系的恢复和改革阶段;2002-2010年:政府与学校变革关系的深化和反思阶段。
The relationship between government and school in educational transformation is the important issue for the reform of education management system.The relationship between government and school in educational transformation has divided into four stages since the founding of PRC, as follows： germination stage in 1949-1965,confusion stage in 1966-1976,recovery and reform stage in 1978-2001,the deepening and reflecting stage in 2002-2010.
