介绍活化盐泥填充PVC/ACR复合材料在生产异型材中的加工应用情况,探讨了活化盐泥对PVC的稳定机理,通过大量试验确定了最佳配比和生产工艺。与普通异型材相比,活化盐泥填充PVC/ACR物料的加工稳定性得到改善,型材的表面光洁度和力学性能得到提高。

This paper introduced the processing application situation of the activation salt putty filled PVC/ACR compound materials in different molding, discussed the stable mechanism of activation salt putty to PVC,and found the best allocated proportion and the production craft through the massive experiments. Compared to ordinary different molding, the material processing stability of activation salt putty filled PVC/ACR compound＇ materials is improved,the product surface smooth finish and mechanics performance obtains the enhancement.
