摘要
合适的固化剂和活性增韧剂是聚脲用混凝土环氧树脂基层处理剂的关键,以固含量70%的环氧底涂和固含量为100%的环氧砂浆作为聚脲防护工程中混凝土基层处理剂,聚脲与混凝土的粘接拉拔强度、剥离强度以及粘接抗衰减性能优良;经多次干湿循环、温湿循环、912h人工加速老化后,聚脲与混凝土仍具有较高的粘接拉拔强度和剥离强度,远优于高铁聚脲防护技术指标要求。
Appropriate curing agent and living toughening agent are keys for polyurea concrete base course treating agent. Using epoxy primer of about solid content 70% and epoxy repair mortar of high solid content 100% as concrete' base course treating agent during polyurea protecting engineering, it's best for pulling bond strength,peel strength and adhesion anti-fading property of concrete and polyurea. Through a lots wet-dry,temperature-humidity circles and 912 hours artificial weathering tests,it's still better for pulling bond strength, peel strength of concrete and polyurea,which is much higher than technical standards of high-speed rail polyurea protecting.
