针对当前公体健美操教学中存在的教学内容、教学方法、考核形式、教师结构、水平等问题,提出相关建议,旨在提高教学质量,促进教学的最优化。
In view of the current existing problem of teaching content,teaching methods,evaluation form,teacher＇s structure and level in public aerobics teaching,this papermakes relevant recommendations.The main purpose is to improve teaching quality,and promote teaching optimization.
