摘要
在社会主义市场经济条件下,如何确定和实现政府体育事业管理目标,进一步完善科学的、民主的组织体系和决策体系,提高政府管理体育事业的工作效率,是目前体育行政管理的重要任务。本文从当代"政府理论"的几种导向出发,从体育行政部门的改革出发,剖析了政府理论对体育行政模式的影响。
In the socialist market economy,how to determine and achieve the government sports management objectives,and further improve the scientific and democratic decision-making system and organizational system to prefect government efficiency sports,sports administration and management is an important task.From the modern government theory of several orientation and sports administration sector reform,this paper analyzes the government＇s theory of sports administration pattern.
