摘要
球墨铸铁件用自硬呋喃树脂砂浇注时,铸件表面会产生片状石墨,而渗硫是出现这种现象的主要原因。对比分析了涂料烧结性及涂料组分对S元素的反应性,并通过试验证明了这两种性能指标可以较准确地衡量涂料的阻硫性能。结果表明,采用白云石、石英粉、滑石粉和助熔剂A、B作为耐火骨料的烧结反应型涂料的阻硫效果优于单一的烧结型或反应型的涂料。
When the furan resin sand is used for casting of ductile iron, a layer of flake graphite caused mainly by sulfurizing will appear on the casting surface. The sinter and reaction properties of coatings were analyzed, and experiment results prove that the two kinds of properties can accurately measure the sulfur resistant performance of coatings. Experiment results show that the sintering reaction type coatings consisting of refractory aggregate such as dolomite, quartz powder, talc and fluxing medium A, B, have the more obvious sulfur resistant effect.
