Application of Performance Technology Theory to Sand Casting Pattern and Tooling Equipment Design

简单评述了砂型铸造模样及工装中一些典型零件传统结构存在的一些不足。较详细地评述了中大型模样本体、热芯盒本体、箱体类零件、框体类零件及板类零件等运用绩效技术理论理念指导设计所获得的优化结构及其特点。

The deficiencies of patterns and the traditional structures of the typical parts of tooling in sand casting process were presented in this paper. The optimal structures and characteristics of the pattern bodies and parts obtained by the performance technology theory were presented in detail, which include large and medium size pattern body, hot box body, box-typeparts, frame parts, and plate-type parts.
