125.04 mg/g。 Phytosterols were used as the basic raw materials, Raney - Ni and Pd/C were used as catalysts, and orthogonal design method was employed to optimize hydrogenation conditions of phytosterols, such as reaction temperature, hydrogen pressure, reaction time, rotating speed and catalyst dosage and so on. The results showed that when Raney - Ni was used as a catalyst, the optimum conditions were as follows: reaction temperature 135℃, hydrogen pressure 2. 5 MPa, reaction time 5.0 h, rotating speed 700 r/min, catalyst dosage 40%. Under these conditions, the hydrogenation rate of phytosterols was 94. 18% and hydroxyl value was 124. 79 mgKOH/g. When Pd/C was used as a catalyst, the optimum conditions were as follows: reaction temperature 130 ℃, hydrogen pressure 2.6 MPa, reaction time 4. 5 h, rotating speed 580 r/min, catalyst dosage 1.5%. Under these conditions, the hydrogenation rate of phytosterols was 93.65% and hydroxyl value was 125.04 mgKOH/g.
