经尿道输尿管镜碎石术并发症的预测因子 被引量:2

摘要 近年来腔道泌尿外科的发展为结石的治疗提供了广阔的前景。经尿道输尿管镜碎石术因创伤小,疗效确切而广为应用。尽管经尿道输尿管镜碎石属于微创手术,但仍存在约3.6%的并发症发生率。目前,国内外大多数人将输尿管镜碎石术的并发症归结为人为因素,并且认为输尿管镜碎石术的并发症通过经验的积累和医疗器械的改善是能尽量避免的。本文试图以术前术中的高危因素为出发点,探讨经尿道输尿管镜碎石术相关并发症的高危因素,用以预测其并发症发生的可能性。
