改进的TOPSIS法在土地利用结构合理性评价中的应用——以兰州市为例

Improved TOPSIS Method in the Evaluation of Rationality of Land Use Structure——A Case Study of Lanzhou City

利用兰州市1997~2006年土地利用变化调查数据,采用改进的TOPSIS方法以及灰色关联度分析,对兰州市土地利用结构进行了综合评价。结果表明：1997~2006年期间兰州市土地利用结构合理度总体上较高,均在45%以上,在时间上呈波动上升趋势;不同土地利用类型的变化对土地利用结构的合理性影响不同,林地、牧草地、居民点及工矿用地与土地利用结构合理度的关联度最高;合理加快居民点及工矿用地的增长,保护林地,调整牧草地比例,加快牧草地的增长速度,对优化兰州市土地利用结构具有决定性的作用;改进的TOPSIS法,结果令人满意,适合于土地利用结构合理性评价的研究。

Based on changing data of land use from 1997 - 2006 in Lanzhou City, the rationality of land use structure was assessed with coefficient of entropy and TOPSIS method and Grey Relational Analysis. The results showed that： （1） During 1997 - 2006 the rationalities of land use structure were totally high, were all beyond 45%, and the rationality of land use structure experienced a fluctuated tendency in time and that could be obviously; （2）The different change of land use types had different effects on the rationality of land use structure; land use types which had a high grey correlation degree with the land use structure rationality were woodland, grassland, residential and industrial land; （3）It could be decisive to accelerate the excessively rapid growth of residential and industrial land, protection of forest, adjust the ratio of grassland and speeding up the growth rate of pasture, it has a decisive role on the optimization of land use structure in Lanzhou; （4）Improved TOPSIS method is simple which the results are satisfactory, and is feasible to evaluate the rationality of land use structure.
