高校图书馆中文新善本的管理工作

Management of New Rare Books in University Libraries

新善本珍贵而稀少,具有很高的社会价值、文化价值和经济价值。黑龙江八一农垦大学图书馆结合自身馆藏的特点,采用不同的方法提取密集书库、精品库、期刊室等库室的新善本,并将其整理归入了新善本库。为了提高新善本的利用率,黑龙江八一农垦大学图书馆还采取了对新善本进行数字化建设及发布创刊号、停刊号、复刊号清单等措施。鉴于新善本的特殊性,今后还需要有针对性地加强新善本库管理,提高新善本的利用率。

New rare books are precious and rare, they have a high social value, cultural value and economic value. Heilongjiang Bayi Agricultural University Library uses different methods to extract new rare books from dense stack, competitive books stack and periodicals room combined with their own characteristics, sorts out and puts new rare books into the new rare room. In order to improve the utilization of new rare books, Heilongjiang Bayi Agricultural University Library has taken some measures, such as developing digital construction of new rare books, releasing the list of the first issue, the stop issue, the rebuilding issue, and so on. Based on the special nature of new rare books, the library needs to strengthen the management of the new rare room and improve utilization rate of the new rare books.
