When cloud services were introduced in digital reference services of university libraries, it could reduce the cgst of software and hardware, improve the efficiency and quality of services, be beneficial for integrations of information resources and the development of joint-reference of university libraries, and provide the personal, efficient and user centered reference services. The implementation pattern of cloud services of digital reference services of university libraries includes commercial purchase model, government leading or dominant model, collective ordering or outsourcing model, independently or cooperative development model, and so on.
