目前诸城市城乡一体化水平整体较高,公共图书馆总体发展水平均衡。城乡一体化公共图书馆服务模式具有创新性、科学性、时效性等特点,诸城市围绕建设"一卡通"两公里读书圈服务模式,采取建设"两公里读书圈"、实施"一卡通"服务、加强合作共建、建立长效机制等措施,不断完善城乡一体化公共图书馆服务体系。当然,我国城乡一体化公共图书馆服务体系要想持续、健康地发展,还需要政府主导下的社会各界的共同努力。
