葛根素治疗去卵巢大鼠骨质疏松症对肾功能影响的观察

Observation on the effect of puerarin on renal function of ovariectomized rats with osteoporosis

目的:观察长期使用葛根素治疗去卵巢大鼠骨质疏松症对其肾功能的影响,为葛根素与雌激素组合治疗Ⅰ型骨质疏松症提供实验依据。方法:5月龄健康雌性大白鼠40只分成5个实验组:假手术组、去卵巢模型组、葛根素-50组、雌二醇-200组和葛根素-25+雌二醇-100组,每组8只,除假手术组外均建立去卵巢动物模型。在第20周,取大鼠左侧肾脏和血清,观察肾脏结构和功能的变化。结果:5组大鼠的肾脏结构镜下观察均无明显改变;血清肾功能检查各组之间相比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:长期使用本次实验剂量的葛根素治疗去卵巢大鼠骨质疏松症对其肾功能无明显影响。

Objective：To observe the effect of puerarin used for a long time on renal function of ovariectomized rats with osteoporosis,provide an experimental basis for treatment of type Ⅰ osteoporosis by puerarin combined with estrogen. Methods：Forty 5-month-old healthy female rats were randomly divided into five experimental groups： sham operation group,ovariectomized model group,puerarin-50 group,estradiol-200 group,and puerarin-25 plus estradiol-100 group,8 rats in each group,except the rats in sham operation group,the rats in the other four groups underwent oophorectomy.At 20 weeks after treatment,the left renal samples and serum samples were obtained,the changes of renal structure and function were observed. Results：In the five groups,no obvious changes of renal structure were observed under microscope;there was no significant difference in the serum parameters of renal function among different groups（P0.05）. Conclusion：Puerarin used for a long time（experimental doses in the research） has no obvious impact on renal function of ovariectomized rats in treatment of osteoporosis.
