IGF-1/IGFBP-1与妊娠期糖尿病的相关性

Correlation between insulin like growth factor-1/insulin like growth factor binding protein-1 and gestational diabetes mellitus

目的:探讨妊娠24～28周孕妇外周IGF-1/IGFBP-1与GDM的相关性,为寻找早期预测GDM的生物学指标提供前期研究。方法:妊娠24～28周GDM孕妇35例为实验组,同期NGT孕妇30例为对照组。采用酶联免疫吸附法检测孕妇外周血IGF-1及IGFBP-1表达水平。结果:①实验组血清IGF-1水平较对照组低,差异有统计学意义(t=-5.71,P<0.05),实验组血清IGFBP-1水平较对照组高,差异有统计学意义(t=2.60,P<0.01)。②IGF-1与IGFBP-1成负相关(r=-0.559 85,P<0.000 1)。结论:孕妇外周血IGF-1/IGFBP-1是调节血糖的重要因素,其平衡失调是介导IR导致GDM患者糖耐量异常的重要机制。

Objective：To explore the correlation between insulin like growth factor-1（IGF-l）/insulin like growth factor binding protein-1（IGFBP-l） in peripheral blood and gestational diabetes mellitus（GDM） among the pregnant women of 24-28 gestational weeks,provide research for seeking biomarkers to predict GDM early. Methods：A total of 35 GDM women of 24-28 gestational weeks were selected as experimental group,at the same time,30 pregnant women with normal glucose tolerance（NGT） were selected as control group.Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay was used to detect the expression levels of IGF-l and IGFBP-l in peripheral blood of the pregnant women in the two groups. Results：The serum level of IGF-1 in experimental group was significantly lower than that in control group（t=-5.71,P0.05）.The serum level of IGFBP-1 in experimental group was significantly higher than that in control group（t=2.60,P0.01）.There was a negative correlation between IGF-1 level and IGFBP-1 level（γ=-0.559 85,P0.000 1）. Conclusion：IGF-1/IGFBP-1 in peripheral blood of pregnant women are important factors for regulating blood glucose,IGF-1/IGFBP-1 imbalance is one of the important mechanisms inducing abnormal glucose tolerance among the patients with GDM.
