桃红四物合六味地黄汤加减治疗黄褐斑

Taohong Siwu and Liuwei Dihuang Decoction Combined Treatment of Melasma Case

目的:探讨滋阴活血类中药治疗女性黄褐斑的临床疗效。方法:采用口服、对照、随机分组,将220例黄褐斑患者随机分为2组,治疗组110例,采用纯中药桃红四物合六味地黄汤加减(桃仁12 g,红花12 g,当归20 g,川芎15 g,白芷9 g,熟地黄15 g,山茱萸12 g,山药15 g,白茯苓15 g,僵蚕15 g,赤芍9 g,牡丹皮9 g,益母草15 g,女贞子12 g等)治疗。配合外用3%氢醌霜,2次/d。对照组110例,采用口服维生素C 0.3 g,3次/d,口服维生素E 0.2 g,2次/d治疗,外用药同中药组。2组患者均连续治疗2个月,采用评分法比较临床疗效。结果:治疗组患者基本治愈37例,显效41例,好转25例,无效7例,总有效率为93.6%,对照组基本治愈17例,显效24例,好转21例,无效48例,总有效率为56.4%,2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组疗效明显优于对照组。结论:滋阴活血类中药治疗黄褐斑疗效显著,是治疗黄褐斑的有效方药。

Objective：To observe the clinical efficiency of traditional Chinese medicine with activating blood circulation and norishing Yin in treatment of female chloasma.Method： Two hundred and twenty patients were randomly divided into control group and the treatment group.110 patients in treatment group was treated by Taohong Siwu and Liuwei Dihuang decoction with 3% topical hydroquinone cream;110 cases in control group were treated by western medicine vitamin C and E.with 3% topical hydroquinone cream.Treatment lasted 2 months.Result： The cure rate in treatment group was 37 cases,markedly effective was 41 cases,improved 25 cases,in effective 7 cases,The total effective rate in was 93.6% and 56.4%,in treatment and control group,respectively.There was significant difference between the two groups.Conclusion： Traditional Chinese medicine treatment with activating blood circulation and norishing Yin in treatment of female chloasma is an effective prescription.
