宣肺清解活血方治疗小儿支气管肺炎

Clinical Analysis of Xuanfei Qingjie Huoxue Prescriptions for Treatment of Infant Bronchial Pneumonia

目的:探讨宣肺清解活血方治疗小儿支气管肺炎的临床疗效。方法:选取2009年5月至2011年5月我院收治住院的小儿支气管肺炎患者98例,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组49例。对照组采用常规药物治疗,主要药物为青霉素(10万U.kg-1.d-1,分2次静脉滴注),利巴韦林10～15 mg.kg-1.d-1,双黄连(6 mg.kg-1.d-1,1次/d静脉滴注),头孢唑肟40～80 mg.kg-1.d-1;观察组在对照组的基础上加服宣肺清解活血方,两组患者均连续应用10 d。观察两组患者临床综合有效率,对比发热、咳嗽、咳痰、肺部啰音消失时间。结果:观察组总有效率明显高于对照组(95.92%vs 81.83%,P<0.05);观察组发热、咳嗽、咳痰及肺部啰音消退时间明显短于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:宣肺清解活血方治疗小儿支气管肺炎效果显著,优于单纯应用西药。

Objective：To explore the clinical effect of Xuanfei Qingjie Huoxue prescriptions for the treatment of infant bronchial pneumonia.Method：From May 2009 to May 2011,98 cases of infant bronchial pneumonia were divided into control group and observation group,each for 49 cases.The patients of control group were given western medicine,the patients of observation group were given Xuanfei Qingjie Huoxue prescriptions on the basis of control group.Continuous application 10 days between two groups.The effect were observed.The out time of fever,cough,expectoration and lung rale were compared in two groups.Result：The total rate was higher in observation group than that of control group（95.92%VS81.83%,P0.05）.The out time of fever,cough,expectoration and lung rale were shorter in observation group than that of control group,the difference between the two groups was significant（P0.05）.Conclusion：Xuanfei Qingjie Huoxue prescriptions for the treatment of infant bronchial pneumonia has good results,is superior to simply western medicine.
