摘要
开发了一套智能调度辅助决策软件,它从智能告警、故障诊断和故障恢复3个方面为调度人员提供在线辅助决策,是现有调度自动化系统的有益扩展。智能告警模块对信息进行分类、分流,利用压缩技术解决了信号扰动问题;故障诊断模块建立统一信息模型和分层诊断模型,引入故障可信度指标,采用多模式诊断推理技术提高了故障诊断的实用性;故障恢复提出了一种基于广播原理的快速在线供电恢复技术。同时,该软件紧密切合事故前后的整个连续过程,将各模块有机结合在一起,现场运行效果良好。
As a useful expansion of the dispatching automation system, an assistant decision-making software for intelligent dispatch is developed to provide on-line assistant decision-making to dispatching operators from three aspects, i.e. intelligent alarm, fault diagnosis and fault restoration. The intelligent alarm module is used to classify alarming information and solve the signal disturbance problem with compression technology. By introducing the fault reliability index, the fault diagnosis module is enabled to establish a unified information model and a hierarchical diagnosis model, thus improving the practicality of fault diagnosis by adopting multi-mode diagnosis and reasoning technique. The fault restoration module is employed to propose rapid on-line technology for power supply restoration based on the radio principle. Meanwhile in light of the continuous process before and after the power fault, the software has the modules closely integrated into an organic whole that yields good operation effects.
