摘要 为实现设计过程的优化与重用,提出过程基因可拓基元模型的建模方法和设计过程基因可拓变异方法。首先,提出并分析了基于基因工程的设计过程优化与重用原理;其次,在分析设计过程基因概念与组成结构,以及可拓基元概念及其可拓性的基础上,通过构建设计过程基因碱基与碱基对的可拓基元模型构建了设计过程基因可拓基元模型;接着分析了该模型可拓性中的发散性和可扩性,利用这些特性对设计过程基因进行可拓变换,通过过程碱基的插入、删除和更新实现过程基因的可拓变异;最后,以机械产品设计过程部分碱基、碱基对和基因的可拓基元建模及飞机设计过程基因变异为例对文中方法进行了说明。 To study design process optimization and reuse,an approach to model design process gene is presented with extensible basic-element.Firstly,the principle of gene engineering-based design process optimization and reuse is put forward and analyzed;Secondly,by analyzing the concept and structure of design process gene,as well as the concept of extensible basic-element and its extensibility,the extensible basic-element model of design process gene is established following the extensible basic-element models of design process bases and pairs of design process bases.Then the properties of radiation and expandability out of all the extensibilities of the design process gene model are analyzed and mutation of design process gene is performed by extensible transformations.Finally,the examples of modelling basic-element models of design process gene,bases and pairs of bases extracted from a mechanical design process and the design process gene mutation in airplane design process are given to illustrate the approach.
