摘要
大型整体壁板是现代先进民用飞机的重要结构件,大型整体壁板成形技术是整机研制过程中所必须要解决的重大关键技术。时效成形是实现大型蒙皮和壁板件成形的有效方法,从时效成形基本原理以及成形特点出发,讨论并分析国内外高筋条复杂异形整体壁板时效成形工艺方案的特点和基本思想,并从经济技术等方面讨论分析各种方案的优缺点,并针对我国大飞机的研制需求,结合国内现有研究基础和水平,提出了我国时效成形技术工艺方案并进行实验验证。
The large integral panel is the main structure part of modern advanced civil airplane.The large integral panel forming is an important key technology which must be solved in the airplane developing processes.The ageing forming is an effective method for forming large skin and wall pieces.The principle and characteristics of the ageing forming are analyzed.The processing scheme of the ageing forming for the high-rib complex shaped of panel is discussed and analyzed.Finally,based on the existing research situation and the requirements for developing the large airplane in China,the experimental suggestion and research emphasis on developing ageing forming are pointed out.
