摘要
提出了满足光伏并网发电的逆变器和最大功率点跟踪(MPPT)的设计方法。光伏并网发电装置系统的硬件以TMS320F28027为核心处理器,光耦与驱动芯片IR2110为隔离驱动电路,DC-AC为逆变主电路,包括滤波和升压模块、信号采集调理模块;系统软件设计采用SPWM控制策略实现对光伏直流电源的逆变,通过调节SPWM信号的占空比实现MPPT控制策略。装置采用闭环控制,最后给出了系统指标,实现并网同频、同相和逆变效率较高、谐波较少的要求。
The design method of inverter and MPPT(Maximum Power Point Tracking)is proposed for the grid connection device of photovoltaic power generation. Its hardware takes TMS320F28027 as its core processor,IR2110(optical coupler and driving chip)as its isolated driving circuit,and DC-AC circuit, including the filter & Boost module and the signal acquisition & conditioning module,as its inverter. Its software applies the SPWM control strategy to realize the inversion of photovoltaic DC power and the duty cycle regulation to realize MPPT. The device adopts the closed-loop control and its system indicators are given,which meets the requirements of grid connection for same frequency and phase, higher inverter efficiency and less harmonic.
