Preparation of the Tobacco Colored Cigar Paper

摘要 用烟草萃取液对手抄片进行涂布制备烟草色卷烟纸,对其相关物理性能测定并进行感官评价。根据卷烟纸对抗张强度、透气度等物理指标的要求,通过优化打浆工艺,确定的最佳打浆工艺和原料配比分别为:本色针叶木浆70%、阔叶木浆20%、麻浆10%。在此条件下,成纸的抗张强度、透气度和伸长率分别为1.69kN·m-1、4.68μm·(Pa·s)-1和2.60%;同时,经卷烟感官评价,与普通雪茄烟纸相比,烟草色卷烟纸的杂气减少,刺激性降低,谐调性和香气增加。 The mixed pulp used to make tobacco coloured cigar paper which coating tobacco extracted liquid, its relevant physical properties and smoking quality were tested. Based on physics indexes (tensile strength, air permeability, etc.) of cigar paper, the optimum composition for beating degree and the ratio of the materials were achieved as following: softwood pulp 70%, hardwood pulp 20%, cannabis pulp 10%. Under the condition, the tensile strength, air permeability and elongation of tobacco coloured paper were about 1.69 kN·m^-1, 4.68 um.(Pa's)^-1 and 2.60% respectively; at the same time, through smoking of tobacco coloured paper, compared with the normal cigar paper, the offensive odor and the stimulation of tobacco were lowered, the aroma and harmony were increased respectively.
