降低汽车空调涡旋压缩机排气温度的结构分析 被引量:9

摘要 为了减少汽车空调用涡旋式制冷压缩机排气过程的等容压缩功率损失,降低涡旋压缩机的排气温度,提高其制冷性能指标,对静涡旋盘排气口内壁作了勾内环槽的结构改型。通过数值方法模拟了具有内环槽结构的排气口中气体流动的静压力场,并通过性能对比实验验证了排气口结构改型后涡旋压缩机的制冷性能指标。模拟计算及性能实验结果表明,排气口结构改型后涡旋压缩机的各项制冷性能指标得到了明显提高。 In order to reduce the discharge temperature on vehicle air--conditioning scroll compressor,it is necessary that the isovolumetric recompression process of discharge gas must be reduced. The inner slot structure in exhaust port of fixed scroll was built for improving the performance of the vehicle air--conditioning. The static pressure of gas in exhaust port with inner slot structure was simulated. The performance for two kinds of scroll compressor were analyzed based on experimental results. The results show that the scroll compressor cooling performance is improved accordingly.
