摘要
试验以促成山茶花在国庆(10月1日)开花为目的,采用了赤霉素(GA)及添加营养物质等处理。结果表明:用5000ppm的GA溶液,从8月20日始每隔10~20d作2~3次的滴芽处理,早、中花期的山茶花品种及茶梅(红茶梅)可在9月下旬始花,其中供试的“小桃红”始花期9月22日,“葡萄红”始花期9月23日,“红茶梅”始花期9月24日。同时,在GA溶液中添加甲、乙、丙3种不同的营养物质,对提高促成开花后花朵的品质有明显的作用,其中以处理2最佳。“小桃红”平均花期17d,花径7.25cm,早期开花率可达100%.
The experiments were made with a view to forcing bloom of camellia in 'National Day' (Oct. 1). The facts proved that dripping GA solution of 5 000 ppm to the bud every other 10~20 days treated from Aug. 20,culti-vars which have an early or middle florescence and Camellia sasanqua could flower in Sep. Among these cultivars, 'Xiaotaohong' flowered from Sep. 22, 'Putaohong' began from Sep. 23, 'Red chamei' started from Sep. 24. Meantime, GA solution with A,B,C three kinds of nutrient substance showed a good effect on the ornamental quality of the flower after it had been forced. Treatment B was best. The mean blooming period of 'Xiaotaohong' was 17 days, the diameter of flower 7.25cm, and the ratio of blooming of early stage up to 100 per cent.
