摘要
目的:探讨胃肠外营养支持在乳腺癌病人术后康复过程中的临床作用和安全性。方法:将80例乳腺癌手术病人随机分为对照组(行普通治疗)和观察组(行肠外营养支持)。通过检测两组病人术前和术后的各项营养指标和免疫指标的变化,对两种治疗方式进行比较。结果:观察组病人术后第7天各项营养指标和免疫功能指标均较对照组改善,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论:胃肠外营养可有效地改善乳腺癌病人术后机体的营养状况和免疫功能,对后期的综合治疗有着重要的临床意义。
Objective : To investigate the effect of parenteral nutrition in postoperative rehabilitation of patients with breast cancer. Methods : 80 cases of breast cancer surgery were randomly divided into conventional therapy group (control group) and parenteral nutrition group (observation group). The indicators of nutrition and immune were detected in the two groups before and after operation. Results : The nutritional status and immune function restored faster in observation groups than in the control group (P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion: Parenteral nutrition support can promote the restoration of nutritional and immune function in patients with breast cancer surgery.
