白细胞黏附缺陷的诊断和治疗 被引量：2

摘要 白细胞黏附缺陷（leukocyte adhesion deficiency，LAD）属于原发性免疫缺陷性疾病的一种，主要分为3型：LADI型，LADⅡ型和LADHI型。在此，我们重点结合临床确诊的1例LADI型患儿的典型病史，探讨该病的诊断、鉴别诊断和治疗，以及在此过程中应该注意的问题，以提高临床对该病的认识，做到早期诊断、早期治疗。
