十二指肠节细胞性副神经节瘤一例 被引量：1

摘要 患者男，46岁。大便带血1年余，因上消化道大出血急诊收入本院，无其他伴随症状。无家族遗传性疾病，无明显恶心、呕吐，无反酸、嗳气。肠镜示十二指肠水平部黏膜轻微隆起，触之易出血。肠腔内未见肿物。腹部B超检查未见异常。全身麻醉下行十二指肠肿瘤及部分十二指肠切除送病理检查。
