浅析济南高职教育存在的问题及发展对策

Research on the Issues and Development Countermeasures in Jinan's Higher Vocational Schools

我国高等职业技术教育的根本目标是要服务于区域经济,培养发展区域经济所需的高技能专门人才。当前我国由于各种原因的影响使这种功能没有得到充分的发挥,这不仅浪费了国家的教育资源、影响了区域经济的良性发展,也造成了高职毕业生就业难的问题。本文的研究意义在于找出济南高职教育的问题所在并提出促进济南高职教育发展的策略,促进大学生就业和区域经济的发展。

The fundamental goal of higher vocational education is to serve the regional economy,and fostering the development of regional economy requires highly skilled professionals.At present,due to the impact of a variety of factors the function has not been fully exploited,which means not only a waste of the country＇s educational resources,affecting the sound development of the regional economy,but also problems in higher vocational graduate employment.The significance of this study is to identify the problems in higher vocational education in Jinan,and put forward to promote the development of higher vocational education in Jinan,strategies to promote employment of university students and regional economic development.
