Magnetic activated cell sorting and its application in the studies of male infertility

摘要 磁性活性细胞分选法(MACS)根据细胞表面特异的标记物,在分子水平对目的细胞进行有效分选,具有简易、快速、灵活、特异性高的特点,在临床方面有着广泛的应用。MACS也为男性不育提供了一个新的研究平台,将MACS用于精液质量优化与生殖细胞分离是男性不育研究的一个新思路。本文简要介绍了MACS的基本原理,综述了MACS在精子优选、冷冻保存、精原干细胞及生精细胞分离等男性不育研究方面的应用现状和临床应用前景。 Magnetic activated cell sorting(MACS) is considered as a flexible,fast,specific and simple cell sorting system that can separate target cells effectively according to specific markers on the cell surface,for which it has won a wide clinical application.MACS offers a new platform for male infertility research,as well as a novel idea for applying this technology in the optimization of semen quality and the isolation of germ cells.This article briefly introduces the basic principles of MACS,and summaries its present and potential clinical application in male infertility research,as in spermatozoa selection and cryopreservation,and the isolation of spermatogonial stem cells and germ cells.
