原发性闭角型青光眼发病危险因素

Risk factors of primary angle closure glaucoma

原发性闭角型青光眼（PACG）是一种常见的致盲性眼病。诱发PACG的病理机制尚未完全明确，以往认为PACG的发病危险因素有浅前房、短眼轴、厚晶状体等。新近的研究开始揭示一些其他的发病危险因素，包括静态解剖因素，如前房体积、虹膜曲率、晶状体矢高等；还包括动态变化因素，如虹膜动态变化、脉络膜渗漏等。全面评价这些危险因素对于PACG早期诊断与治疗有重要意义。因此，有必要就目前PACG发病危险因素的研究进展予以综述，以期与同行交流。

Primary angle closure glaucoma is one of the common diseases causing blindness. The pathogenesis inducing primary angle closure glaucoma has not been entirely clear. Traditionally identified risk factors include shallow anterior chamber, short axial length and thicker lens. Recent studies begin to pay attention to other new risk factors, not only including static anatomical factors, such as anterior chamber volume, iris curvature and lens vault, but also including dynamic changing factors, such as dynamic dilation of iris volume and choroidal effusion. Comprehensive assessment of these risk factors is of great significance for early diagnosis and treatment of angle closure glaucoma. This article briefly reviews research advances in risk factors of primary angle closure glaucoma.
