胰腺转移癌的研究进展 被引量：7

摘要 胰腺转移癌（pancreatic metastases，PM）比较罕见，不足胰腺恶性肿瘤的2％。尸检中，其发生率占广泛转移患者的1．6％～11．0％，多数PM患者的临床表现及影像学所见与胰腺原发肿瘤相似，术前误诊率可达30％。绝大多数PM患者不适合手术治疗。目前PM手术和非手术治疗的临床疗效尚无法比较，行转移瘤手术切除治疗的文献报道也较少。本文就PM及其外科治疗的研究进展进行综述。
