机器人腹腔镜前列腺癌根治术
摘要
腹腔镜技术在根治性前列腺切除术中已成熟运用,而手术机器人在腹腔镜的基础上,以前所未有之势将手术的精度、灵活度提升到了一个全新的高度。近几年,大量机器人辅助腹腔镜前列腺癌根治术的临床资料被报道,本文就其在围手术期结果、并发症发生率、肿瘤学疗效、术后功能恢复等方面进行阐述。
