不同层面手部脱套伤的治疗方式及疗效探讨

Hand Degloving Injury:Clinical Features and Treatment

目的:介绍不同层面手部脱套伤的损伤特点及治疗方式。方法:2003年9月至2011年8月,对我科收治的手部脱套伤患者38例进行临床评估,分别采用皮肤打薄回植术、动静脉吻合回植术、皮肤打薄回植并持续负压封闭引流(VSD)技术;一期清创,持续负压封闭引流,二期行岛状皮瓣,游离皮瓣修复术对患肢进行修复和重建。结果:本组共38例,平均获得3年随访,采用上述方法修复不同层面手部脱套伤收到较好效果。皮肤外形美观,耐摩擦能力强,基本恢复手部功能。结论:手部脱套伤根据脱套层面的特点合理选用治疗方法,多可获得较好效果。

Objective： To retrospectively study the hand degloving injury characteristics and treatment.Methods： Thirty-eight cases of hand degloving injuries at different injury degrees treated from September 2003 to July 2011 were reviewed.Results： The appearance of the skin in all the 38 cases was satisfactory and hand function was good after a three years follow-up.Conclusion： The clinical features of different levels of hand degloving injuries is useful for the treatment.
