可吸收肋骨钉手术治疗多发性肋骨骨折的临床疗效 被引量:9

Application of Absorbable Rib Nails in the Operative Fixation of Multiple Rib Fractures

摘要 目的:探讨可吸收肋骨钉行内固定手术治疗胸外伤合并多发性肋骨骨折的临床疗效。方法:将30例采用可吸收肋骨钉手术治疗的多发性肋骨骨折患者作为实验组与28例采用保守治疗的患者作为对照组进行对比研究,比较两组患者临床治疗效果及并发症等情况。结果:采用可吸收肋骨钉手术治疗的患者与对照组相比总住院时间[(16.30±3.24)d比(21.43±3.72)d]、胸管留置时间[(5.52±1.41)d比(9.63±1.92)d]、机械通气时间[(3.15±1.17)d比(6.43±1.62)d]均明显缩短,治疗后胸壁疼痛程度[视觉模拟评分法,(3.65±1.34)cm比(7.63±1.65)cm]明显减轻,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组迟发性血气胸、肺部感染、伤口血肿、胸廓畸形、胸腔积液等并发症均显著降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对于多发性肋骨骨折患者采用可吸收肋骨钉手术治疗可在促进患者康复,同时有效减少了并发症的发生,取得了满意疗效。 Objective: To evaluate the outcomes of absorbable rib nails by operative fixation for the treatment of multiple rib fractures.Methods: Thirty chest trauma with multiple rib fractures patients accepted operative fixation,while the other twenty-eight patients adopted conservative treatment.Outcomes and complications were assessed and compared between the two groups.Results: The length of hospital stay([16.30±3.24] days in operative group vs.[21.43±3.72] days in control group),detaining time of thoracic drainage tube([5.52±1.41] days vs.[9.63±1.92]days),mechanical ventilation time([3.15±1.17] days vs.[6.43±1.62] days) was shorter respectively in operative group(all P0.05).The postoperative visual analog scales(VAS) score was relieved from(7.63±1.65) cm in control group to(3.65±1.34) cm in operative group(P0.05).The complications of delayed hemopneumothorax,pulmonary infection,wound hematoma,chest wall deformity and pleural effusion in operative group was less than in control group respectively(all P0.05).Conclusion: The operative fixation is superior to conservative treatment in the chest trauma with multiple rib fractures.It can promote the rehabilitation of patients and reduce complications.
