清醒下纤维支气管镜气管内插管在神经外科病人中应用进展 被引量：5

摘要 良好的气道管理技术对神经外科患者极为重要。存在病变的脑组织对短暂的缺氧和颅内压的升高耐受性较差,合并有颈髓损伤患者气管插管时易加重原发性或继发性神经损伤。
