急性白血病患者医院感染病原菌分布及耐药性探讨 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨急性白血病患者医院感染病原菌的分布及耐药性,为临床合理使用抗菌药物提供试验依据。方法病原菌培养与鉴定按照《全国临床检验操作规程》进行;药敏试验按CLSI推荐的K-B法进行。结果 146株病原菌中,革兰阴性杆菌占67.1%,革兰阳性球菌占24.0%,真菌占8.9%;146株病原菌对常用抗菌药物均显示较高的耐药性,但肠杆菌科细菌对碳青霉烯类抗菌药物100.0%敏感、金黄色葡萄球菌对糖肽类抗菌药物100.0%敏感。结论急性白血病患者免疫功能低下,应采取有效措施,预防与控制白血病患者医院感染的发生。 OBJECTIVE To approach the clinical distribution and antimicrobial resistance of pathogens isolated from patients with acute leukemia and to provide scientific evidence for reasonable clinical use of antibiotics. METHODS Pathogenic strains were cultured and identified according to the National Guide to Clinical Laboratory Procedures. Drug susceptibility test was performed by K-B methods recommended by CLSI. RESULTS Among 146 strains of pathogens, gram-negative bacilli, gram-positive coccus and fungi accounted for 67. 1%, 24. 0% and 8.9 % respectively. The susceptibility test results indicated that 146 isolates were obviously resistant to commonly used antibiotics, except that 100. 0% of Enterobacteriaceae were susceptible to carbapenems antibiotic and 100.0% of Staphylococcus aureus were susceptible to glycopeptides antibiotics. CONCLUSION The immune function of patients with acute leukemia is compromised and effective measures should be taken to prevent and control the occurrence of nosocomial infection's.
