摘要
大型高效选冶设备的研发是实现规模化生产、提高矿山装备水平的有效途径之一。文中介绍了国内首次采用规格最大的高效双叶轮氰化浸出槽的性能以及工业试验情况。应用实践表明:该高效双叶轮氰化浸出槽运行平稳,能耗低;槽内矿浆分布均匀;浸出槽"死区"小,槽容积有效利用率约为90.25%;应用效果明显。
The development of large bilobed wheel leaching tank is an effective way to realize scale production and enhance mining equipment level. The paper introduces the performance and industrial test of the largest high-efficiency bilobed wheel leaching tank for cyanidation in China. The application shows that the leaching tank has the following features, stable operation, low power consumption, uniform distribution of slurry, high volumetric efficiency of 90.25 % and good oerformance.
