摘要
文章系统梳理了国内外学术界在信息资源产业政策制定的出发点和路径、产业政策的框架体系、产业政策的实施和管理控制等方面的研究成果,在对已有理论观点进行分析和评述的基础上,探讨了未来信息资源产业政策的研究动向。
This paper reviews the studies frame, policy implementation, and management on information resource industry policy, including the basic study, policy and control. Basing on the analysis of the existing perspective, this paper discusses the future trends of the information resource industry policy study.
