图书馆战略规划中的用户研究与服务——对国外图书馆战略规划文本的分析

User Study and User Service in Library Strategic Plan: An Analysis Based on the Text of Strategic Plan of Foreign Libraries

文章利用内容分析法对国外重点图书馆发展战略和愿景规划中有关用户研究与服务的内容进行分析和梳理,归纳出这些图书馆战略规划在用户信息环境、用户信息需求、用户信息行为、用户信息技术等方面的主要内容和特点,以期对我国图书馆的用户服务提供参考和借鉴。

From the aspect of user study and information service, this paper analyzes the strategic plans and vision of some key foreign libraries by using the content analysis, and summarizes the main contents and characteristics of the strategic plans of these libraries in information environment, information needs of users, user information behavior, information technology and other aspects, in order to provide reference services for our libraries＇ users services.
