成都市社区医护人员和居民眼中的社区卫生服务现状

The,Current Situation of Chengdu's Community health Care in the View of Health Care Proveders and Residents

目的从社区医护人员和居民的角度评价成都市社区卫生服务现状并提出改进办法。方法调查问卷和访谈。结果通过实地走访成都市32家社区卫生服务中心(站)(以下简称"CHC"),详细调查了各CHC开展的情况,获得了CHC服务提供者(医护人员)和受众(社区居民)对CHC服务现状的看法和对未来发展的建议。结论成都市CHC发展过程中还存在诸多不足和问题,对此我们提出了可能实用、有效和可操作性强的解决方案,供决策者参考,以更好地发展壮大本市及其他城市社区卫生服务体系,服务社区居民。

OBJECTIVE To investigate and evaluate the present situation of community health care in Chengdu in the view of health care providers and residents, and giving promoting solutions. METHOD Using questionnaire and making interview. RESULT By visiting more than 30 community health care centers（CHC）in Chengdu and making detailed investigation on the service carried out by CHC, we get to know the attitude towards CHC of both health care providers in CHC and communities ,we also know their suggestion on the future development of it. CONCLUSION There are still many problems in the development of CHC in Chengdu. For the decision-makers＇ consideration and according to our survey, we suggest some practical, effective and operable solution, which may help the development of CHC in Chengdu and other cities, and service residents.
