摘要
目的了解利用手机短信和英特网的干预手段,促进和改善本社区母乳喂养率和婴儿喂养行为的可行性和可接受性,以探索促进婴儿合理喂养的社区干预策略。方法采用基线调查和定性访谈相结合的方式。结果认为可以接受英特网进行实时交流获取喂养知识的占62.5%,认为可以接受手机短信获取喂养知识的占93.0%,访谈对象中绝大多数的产后妇女认为可以接受这两种方式进行干预。结论时代的变迁提示研究者们应该随着社会的发展和通信技术的革新,探索新的、有效的干预方法促进婴儿合理喂养。
OBJECTIVES To find a way of improving the breasffeeding and infant feeding by community intervention, we survey the feasibility and acceptability of it by text message and intemet. METHOD By investigation and qualitative interview. RESULTS The proportion of the people who can accept the real-time communication about feeding information via internet is 62.5%, the others who can accept it by text message is 93.0% , in addition, most of the interviewees show the positive attitude to these two ways. CONCLUSION The researchers should find a better and more efficient intervention way to stimulate the infant feeding from time to time.
