摘要
以双氧水为氧化剂,对羟丙基瓜尔胶进行氧化降解,使其黏度从2390mPa·s降到10mPa·s以下。将降解后的瓜尔胶对滤嘴棒纸进行涂布,研究其增强性能,考察其对纸张抗张指数、裂断长、撕裂度、耐破度和耐折度的影响。得出低黏度瓜尔胶氧化降解的较佳工艺为:密封,过氧化氢用量为8.6%、反应温度65℃、反应时间4h。选出效果较优的低黏度羟丙基瓜尔胶,研究涂布浓度和涂布温度对其增强性能的影响。最后将制备的低黏度瓜尔胶与改性淀粉对滤嘴棒纸的增强性能做了比较。
Hydrogen peroxide was used as the oxidant to degrade the hydroxypropyl guar gum, and to make its viscosity decrease from 2390 mPa.s to less than 10 mPa-s. The effect of the low viscosity guar gum on the strength of cigarette filter paper was studied in this paper, such as the tension index~ breaking length, tear index, burst index and folding endurance. The results show that the optimal preparation conditions of oxidative degradation are as follows: under the seal condition, 8.6% hydrogen peroxide, reaction temperature 65°C and reaction time 4h, under which conditions, the better low viscosity guar gum was selected. Then the effect of coating temperature and coating consistency of guar gum on cigarette filter paper's strength was discussed. Finally, the strengthening effect of low viscosity guar gum and the modified starch was compared in this paper.
