摘要
改进传统的苛化方法,添加助剂并控制苛化反应条件,可以得到粒径较均匀的白泥碳酸钙,其形貌为针形和谷粒状,将其用于纸张加填。结果表明:相对于传统的白泥碳酸钙,粒径均匀的针形白泥碳酸钙和谷粒状白泥碳酸钙能更好地用于纸张加填。尤其是针形白泥碳酸钙,对纸张的不透明度和白度有很大的改善作用。
White mud calcium carbonate which has the shapes of need)e- like and grain-like, was prepared through improved causticization process, by adding an auxiliary agent and controlling the reaction conditions. Then the white mud by the improved process was used as filler. Results show that the white mud with the uniform needle-like shape and grain-like shape can be better applied as paper fillers, especially one with needle-like shape, can give paper a great improvement in paper opacity and whiteness.
